Healing as a group can offer a very supportive healing space for all members of the group.
Whilst one to one work may be more private, personal and offer the opportunity to explore the self at a deeper level, the combined energy of participants in a group session can be very potent, inspiring and empowering.
The freedom to share experiences and wisdom in a supportive environment can be very liberating and may provide the chance to view issues from a different perspective and also to share strategies, methods and techniques to improve your health and well-being.
A Gong Relaxation Sound Bath is a good starting point to experience Sound Healing in a group setting. Attending one of our Workshops will give you the opportunity to experience group sound work.
Some of the treatment spaces I use for my 1 to 1 Healing Sessions will accommodate a small group of people. Anything from 3 up to 7 or 8 members.
Many of these groups are made up of friends and acquaintances who enjoy the shared experience and working with people they already know on their healing journey.
We explore passive treatments as well as sessions where members participate as a group.
Generally 10 members and over. Very similar to workshop events but attendance is more regular and aimed at people who feel a more regular group environment would be beneficial to their healing process.
Regular sessions may assist you in building more motivation, momentum and strength to help you achieve your healing outcomes. Combined with the pleasure of being part of a supportive community.
Mix and Match
There is also the option to dip in and out of different types of sessions.
For example, if you have a specific and personal healing outcome you may like to start working at a deep level with a 4 week one to one programme to kick start the process.
Generally 4 weeks is a good time frame for people to experience large shifts and personal transformations. After 4 weeks you could then move to a regular group session to maintain momentum and keep moving forward on your healing journey.
The other great advantage of attending group sessions is that they can be a more affordable long term vehicle to develop your well-being and lifestyle.
